We are looking for suitable candidates from our pool of members to be trained to run a Mastermind Board, learning valuable skills that will be transferrable back to the workplace.

to discuss your thoughts on leading a brand new PUREB2B Board in your area.
All meetings and team training sessions are run under the PURE B2B confidentiality agreement
At PURE B2B you may hear information that is privileged or confidential; therefore all meetings are run under the Chatham House Rule:
"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed."
We use this rule in its general sense as a gentleman’s agreement to keep things confidential that should remain so. A degree of common sense is required as people giving great advice may not mind being quoted, as it would add to their reputation; however those receiving it may very much want to be kept anonymous especially if the advice was about a potential weak area of their business.
If you hear something that you feel someone outside the meeting could benefit from ask permission. If you are in any doubt whether it should be kept confidential keep it so.
Occasionally as part of a conversation you may hear a piece of Intellectual Property from a participants business, this you must neither repeat or use, either directly or indirectly, without express written permission from the person or business concerned.
Being a Board Leader should fit seamlessly with your existing business.
As you strive to grow your Board, you will encounter people and means by which you can also grow your own company. Holding such a pivotal position, it is within your power to create a cycle of reciprocity which will benefit your whole Board and their related business interests.
It is up to you to create a good spread of professional expertise within your Board – try to think of it as the ‘ideal’ Board of non-executive directors, present to advise and support business growth and become the ‘consultancy of choice’ for all the members. A greater spread of abilities and experience ensures a depth of combined knowledge which guarantees Board effectiveness.
The deep trust built through sharing experience will create a secure environment in which your members can openly request and receive help and be confident of a positive and honest appraisal of their future plans and strategies. As a result, recommendations are more meaningful, networks are stronger; success is more likely.
